  The data application layer directly faces the user's layer. Different users can log in to the system according to their own identity through the Web or App, and view energy consumption data, energy consumption ranking, energy consumption abnormal alarm, carbon emission saved, and energy consumption.   Structural design of energy consumption monitoring system

  The energy consumption monitoring system of this project consists of three parts: user management layer, network communication layer and field equipment layer. It completes the functions of collecting, transmitting and managing energy consumption data. See Figure 2. The energy meter set on site uses shielded double-line connection.   According to the number of outlets of the power distribution cabinet, three-phase multi-loop energy monitoring instruments DD504 (4 loops), DD505 (5 loops), DD507 (7 loops) and DD509 (9 loops) can be used for the measurement of energy consumption of 0.4kV power distribution cabinets. It can measure the three-phase voltage, three-phase current, power factor, frequency and apparent power of each circuit, and record the phase separation/total active power/reactive power/active power/reactive power.

 

  Power consumption terminal collector. The three-phase carrier intelligent acquisition terminal DDJ03 collects carrier-type measurement and monitoring instruments at the end of building energy consumption monitoring. Installed in a low voltage 0.4kV inlet cabinet. The terminal can realize the call metering, copying and temporary storage of the energy meter data through the power carrier interface, and send the stored data to the main station according to the command of the main station by means of Ethernet communication.

  The power consumption collector DDJ01 collects the monitoring instrument at the end of the building energy consumption monitoring and installs it in each low-voltage 0.4kV outlet cabinet, which is mainly used to collect data of various types of energy consumption meters. Realize the call of the electric energy meter, copy and temporarily store the energy meter data, and store the stored data to the level one collector.

  The power consumption energy collector DDJ02 collects the data of the power energy consumption terminal collector and installs it in the switch cabinet. The data of the power energy harvester is collected through the RS485 interface or the data of the power meter is directly collected, the energy meter data is temporarily copied and stored, and the stored data is sent to the monitoring host.

  The water and gas type intelligent collector DDJ04 is used to collect data of energy consumption terminals such as heating, cold water, hot water and gas, preprocess the data, and send the data to the monitoring host. Through the RS485 interface, it is possible to realize the data of the call detection, copying and temporary storage energy consumption monitoring table of various energy consumption monitoring tables, and the stored data is up to the level of the collector.
